[Nowadays, you would be hardpressed to find someone who knows Momo like Jiro knows Momo. She knew this day was coming for more than a month now, especially after she sussed out how the calendar works around this place. It's taken a lot of time, planning, and Chroma to get everything prepared - helped along by the ease of Lunatia's technology, of course - and she'd lucked out considerably when Iida took Momo out for brunch in the morning --
Honestly, to cut to the chase here, once Momo gets back from all that? She's stepping into a totally different apartment. ... Or, at least, a different main room.
All the lights are dimmed in lieu of some soft colored lighting in reds and pinks, the windows blocked off with blackout curtains to really sell the atmosphere - and the corner that used to house the television (and its plentiful speakers) has been completely curtained off as well. Long, velvety drapes in a deep red hang from the ceiling in a semi-circle around the area, hiding everything that could be inside it... but it's also the source of the colored light, too. She's even taken the time to swap out the walls' red-and-black checkerboard on white for something she figured they'd both like; everything a light cream with a nice red trim on the bottom. (All of it stops at the kitchen, though. That still looks like someone's awful diner.) And, of course, Jiro's right there in front of it all, fiddling nervously with the ring hanging from her neck when Momo makes her way inside.
Strangely enough, the place is completely quiet.]
- Yaomomo! You're back already - how, uh... How'd it go?
[Y'know, the brunch thing. Yes, that's really how she's starting all this; no big "surprise!" or anything, considering she hasn't really set up a party...]
9/23!! here's the doofus
